Leadership

The Harvard Black Alumni Association is an all volunteer organization that relies upon a series of regionally-based chapters and a national committee.

  • National Board

The National committee is an all-alumni, all-volunteer board that manages the business and affairs of HBAS, provides oversight and assistance to the Local Chapters, and exercises all of the powers of HBAS. That National Board also represents the Harvard Black Alumni community to the University administration and beyond, providing advice and guidance and lifting up achievements, issues, and areas of concern among Harvard Black Alumni. For more information about the national committee, please send an email.
